Face to Face: a Fatal Encounter

Karen Kingsley had been a happily married mother of two when she came face to face with her double while crossing a street. As she stood there, mesmerized, they were hit by a semi. Anne was killed instantly and Karen suffered amnesia. Karen erroneously assumes Anne's life after picking up Anne's purse and using her driver's license information thinking it was hers. She goes through painful episodes and exquisite sexual encounters while rebuilding that life . When Karen regains her memory 3 years later she knows she has fallen in love with Kevin Cummings, Anne's husband, and her children, but she must go back to Allen Kingsley, her legal husband, and her children. The Kingsley and Cumming lives become intertwined, along with the four children from the marriages. Tempers flare, jealousy rears its ugly head and power plays become the norm causing untold torment for all.  Karen tries valiantly to restore shattered lives. She finally reaches the only possible solution for her and brings peace to Allen and Kevin. Her solution ultimately propels them on a new journey.
