American horror in which a group of young offenders get more than they bargained for while carrying out their community service duties. At Christmas, four young women are sent to spend time with the lonely and the elderly as a contribution to their community payback. Just as their unpaid work is about to come to an end, they are asked to visit an older woman who lives alone.

While she seems to be a grateful host and takes them in willingly, things soon take a sinister turn as the terrifying old woman slowly begins to strike them off one by one. Who will make it out alive?
