Highlander

1980s fantasy action adventure starring Christopher Lambert and Sean Connery. Connor McCloud (Lambert) is a Scotsman from the Middle Ages who discovers that he cannot be killed in battle. Cast out by his clan, who believe him to be a witch, he is befriended by another Immortal, Ramirez (Connery), who teaches him of the Gathering, a magical event which can be experienced by one of their kind when all the others are slain.

Immortals can only be killed by being beheaded, and in the 20th century McCloud has only one Immortal left to face in battle - the evil Kurgan (Clancy Brown).
