The book incorporates a study of several GPS enhancement methods that can be used to obtain a higher position accuracy than in the standard GPS positioning case. The book begins with a general overview of the GPS system, a short introduction into the major error factors in GPS and continue with the study of the systems developed. The research has been accomplished through means of EGNOS, DGPS, and ionosphere models.
