Lanosha and the Magic Within: Book One

Fourteen-year-old Lanosha is different than the other teenagers living in Gaelic, British Columbia. Although she has learned to embrace her pale skin, the yellow tint in her eyes, and her supernatural ability to generate different forms of light with her mind, Lanosha feels like she does not fit in anywhere?not at school and not at home.
