The Trip
Doug Marcum
Nine days before his 70th birthday, a grandfather gets the crazy idea that he can take his five adolescent grandsons on a 2 day trip to Michigan?s Upper Peninsula and everything will be OK. Grandma Lee and the boy?s mothers know better, but, he will not be deterred. All goes well till the fateful meeting with Ms. Bikini, then, all bets are off. Before, The Trip, is over Grandpa and the boys learn more about themselves than they ever imagined; not all of it good. Learn how they, not only survived, The Trip, but, made memories that will last their entire lifetimes and created bonds of love that will never be broken.
