The book is geared toward those God has called into ministry and challenges readers to take a serious look into their role and calling and reevaluate the serious tasks it requires. He emphasizes the concept that to be effective in ministry, you need to understand your calling and the responsibility that goes along with it. He writes that ministry training never ends and encourages readers to always continue learning, sharing how he himself still takes online classes and uses whatever resources he can to continue to grow.
