Your new life can also be compared to changing citizenship from one nation to another. You are now a new citizen of God's Kingdom, and as such, you are entitled to all the same benefits and opportunities as any other citizen. However, new citizens are also expected to understand the laws and ways of the land and quickly learn to abide by them.
