Collection of the two finale specials from the television comedy starring Martin Clunes as the eccentric and irascible doctor Martin Ellingham. In 'Last Christmas in Portwenn', everyone is enjoying the celebrations until Martin closes Santa's grotto, leading Louisa (Caroline Catz) to try and arrange a lantern parade like the ones she enjoyed as a child in Portwenn. Meanwhile Joe Penhale (John Marquez)'s attempts at romance don't work out quite the way he intended and Martin has an accident while trying to help Leonard (Ron Cook).

The behind the scenes documentary 'Farewell Doc Martin' is also included, following the cast and crew as they film the tenth and final series of the show and share their favourite memories.
