William McGregor directs this gothic drama set during the Industrial Revolution and centred on the struggles of a young woman attempting to keep her family together despite continuous tragedy and the occurrence of strange events. Gwen (Eleanor Worthington-Cox) must find a way to overcome the perpetual darkness in her life while attempting to keep at bay the sinister fate that lays ahead for her and her loved ones. The cast also includes Maxine Peake, Richard Harrington and Mark Lewis Jones.
