Vandevere (Keaton), an entrepreneur who seeks to exploit the show's star attraction, Dumbo the flying elephant. In his new entertainment venture, Dreamland, Vandevere pairs Dumbo with trapeze artist Colette Marchant (Green), with spectacular success. However, war veteran Holt Farrier (Farrell), who cares for Dumbo with the help of his two children, uncovers dark secrets behind Vandevere's new amusement park, which threaten to bring down the show.
