Saisons Caloé

In order to create her own language, Caloé drew inspiration from jazz roots and decided to travel on the other side of the Ocean for six months. She stayed one month in New York and two in New Orleans before spending three months in Brazil where she visited the great cities that gave birth to the Samba and Bossa Nova. Today, Caloé performs and composes.

She writes texts and music and has made vocal improvisation one of her calling cards, whether in revisiting tunes or scat singing, which she worked on for a long time in order to put her own stamp on it. The words of her songs, in French and in English, are paired with eclectic jazz, rich in multiple influences.

Caloé now performs both in France and all over the world on world-famous stages such as the Nardis Jazz Club in Istanbul, the Fashing Jazz Club in Stockholm, the Cosmopolite Concert Hall in Oslo as well as in European festivals from Latvia to Montenegro.
