Following the success of Trash (1989), this album continues his hard rock and glam metal sound, featuring an all-star lineup, including Slash, Ozzy Osbourne, Joe Satriani, and Steve Vai. The album delivers powerful anthems like the title track "Hey Stoopid," "Love’s a Loaded Gun," and "Feed My Frankenstein," blending catchy hooks with Cooper’s signature theatrical style.
